Sponsorship and Advertising Fees

1) Internet:
Links to sponsor websites will be provided under “Sponsors/Associated Organizations” on the NMFWA website (name of organization will appear in list form).

Fees: (payable to NMFWA by 15 January each year; no pro-rated costs)
a) DoD installations or organizations, universities, and professional societies (WMI, TWS, etc):  $50 annually.
b) Consultant and Architect/Engineer (A-E) firms or commercial firms (BAH, HDR, SWCA, Forestry Supply, Cabela’s, etc.): $150 annually.

2) Newsletter (FAWN): (payable by 15 January or at least 60 days prior to newsletter publication date (dates are normally 30 June, 31 October, and 31 January)
$250/issue or $600 per year (3 issues) – ¼ page ad
$350/issue or $800 per year (3 issues) – ½ page ad

3) Annual Training Meeting in March
A.  For Consultant and Architect/Engineer (A-E) firms or commercial firms (BAH, HDR, SWCA, Forestry Supply, Cabela’s, etc.):

a) Silver Level -- $500
  Entitled to:
  (1)  Sponsor recognition in meeting program; and
  (2)  Booth space at “Show & Tell” evening event

b) Gold Level -- $1500
  Entitled to:
  (1)  Same as ‘Silver level’ above; and
  (2)  Two [2] complimentary meeting registrations; and
  (3)  A ¼ page ad in meeting program

c) Platinum Level -- $2500
  (1)  Same as ‘Gold level’ above; and
  (2)  Full year (3 issues) ¼ page ad in newsletter; and
  (3)  Signage at one [1] event (Show & Tell, Mixer, “coffees”, etc.)

B.  For DoD organizations, universities and professional societies/associations:

a) DoD organizations – complementary booth space at “Show & Tell” evening event.

b) Bronze Level -- $100
  Entitled to:
  (1)  “Associate” recognition in meeting program; and
  (2)  Booth space at “Show & Tell” evening event

c) Nickel Level -- $1000
  Entitled to:
  (1)  Same as ‘Bronze level’ above; and
  (2)  Two [2] complimentary meeting registrations; and
  (3)  A ¼ page ad in meeting program

d) Americium Level - $2000
  Entitled to:
  (1) Same as 'Nickel level' above; and
  (2) Full year (3 issues) 1/2 page ad in the newsletter
  (3) Sponsor signage at all events at the annual training workshop
